Daynese, is a retired NYPD Lieutenant and an accredited Associate Certified Coach. With decades of experience connecting with people, and a heart built to serve others, she founded Empowering Day Coaching after the pandemic to help people beyond her service career. Daynese has seen first hand the benefits of having a coach when she  experienced a series of both personal and professional losses in her own life. Being a coaching client as well as the skills she learned through her time with the police department, she not only come out of those situations better but stronger, and more focused. It is now her mission to pay it forward. Daynese is a self-proclaimed self-care guru and an avid traveler who believes that life is too short to be unhappy, unsure or unfulfilled.
